Cookie Dough Truffles

1/2 cup butter, softened
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups flour
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 mini semi sweet chocolate chips
chocolate chips or candy coating, melted
Cream the butter and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in vanilla. Gradually add flour alternating with the milk, beating well. Stir in chocolate chips. Make into 1 inch balls on a wax paper lined pan. Refrigerate one hour.
In a bowl melt chocolate until smooth. Dip balls. Refrigerate until hard. Store in the refrigerator.
